Outsourcing a need or a curse???

We all knew that what is on our mind when we do our job with the curiosity of doing it right. but what it has to do with the term outsourcing. let us assume an example of a simple thing like a call center where there are lots of

call representatives are attending there calls and having quite low costs of calls. so by that mean outsourcing is just a thing where the work is exported out to other guys. it is generally observed that outsourcing is occurred on those countries which are developing. Due to their development phase their economy is very much weak as compared to other Developed countries. Outsourcing is required by the big or small companies to cut down there cost of labor, or cost of  manufacturing there product. For example China is emerging as a outsourcing market for computer hardware and other electronics things. Due to this china has a rapidly growth increase in the development phase of the company. Where as other developing countries are getting or picking up in this race due to which Outsourcing is becoming a global phenomena in the global market. But due to recent global recession it become curse for the developed countries employees because in that recession period companies tries to reduce the cost of the implementation.
Due to which it become a curse but with current scenario we can say that outsourcing is a boon to developing countries. Due to outsourcing they are getting head to head with developing countries.
