1. To get taller, right food is must to eat. Here from right food I mean the food which have plenty protein, minerals and vitamins. Our body needs proper intake of these elements. 


Protein rich food is said to be made up of amino acids. Amino acids are primary constituents of every living organelle. Beside it they have certain other substances such as growth hormones, antibodies and enzymes. Amino acids also help in repairing and in growth of tissue. The examples of protein rich food are eggs, milk and legumes. These food are said to be contain 20 amino acids in which 8 are most of the amino acids. These 8 types of amino acids are not produced by our body.


Same is applying to case of minerals. Among them is Calcium. You must aware of the drinks and food that prevents the production of the calcium so try to avoid them example of those types drinks and foods are carbonated drinks ,,alcohol, coffee and salts. Always try to lessen or avoid the intake of these drinks and foods.


2. Another way to get taller naturally is intake of proper sleep.
It is necessary to get eight hours of sleep for a person. Sleeping is the natural process of body for repairing. It also contributes towards getting taller. Some people says that it takes four to five hours of sleep for body to regenerate its lost power. It is noticed by scientist that our spine’s disks get compressed because of the weight of the body.
 So during sleep they spread out and remain in the relax state. Sleep of children must not be deprived off because they are th one who need it the most so for them it is crucial to get a proper sleep.




3. Another way to get taller naturally is doing the right exercises
The most ideal exercise is the stretches. These types of exercises improve the body’s posture gradually and also add an half inch to body’s weight. And always remember to stretch your body when you get up from the bed as it will make you warmed up for the other types of exercises.
Yoga is an effective kind of stretching exercise. It is because it mainly consists of stretching at every part of the body. To make sure that you grow taller naturally write down your height and after few month of yoga, check your height again. Some people claim that they have grown more than an inch taller.
